SHIPPING INFO

Shipping within europe costs SEK 39. If you buy 3 undershirts or more, shipping is free within Sweden. At the moment we do not deliver to any country outside EU except for Norway. We process all orders from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.30pm.The goods are sent promptly from our warehouse. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday, or over the weekend will be handled the following Monday or next working day. We use PostNord to send our shipments. They usually deliver within 1-3 working days after the shipment has been dispatched. Shipments outside Sweden can take longer.

PRICES

All prices are in SEK including VAT at the appropriate rate. The price that is valid is that quoted on the date a purchase is made. Eventual freight costs are estimated before you confirm your order. EXCHANGE / RETURNS / REFUND

We follow the guidelines/rules of the National Consumer Agency. Returned goods should be unworn, unused and intact; this applies even to the packaging. Returning is free within Sweden. If you want to change or have any enquiry regarding your goods or your purchase please call or e-mail us at info@stoksson.com and we will be happy to help you.

In all correspondence please write your order number as the Subject in the e-mail! Credit Card Payment: If returned goods have been purchased by credit card it is not necessary to send any account no. Refunds will be paid into the account used to make the purchase.
